Highway Information Media, LLC (HIM) is not responsible for Blitz reservations that are cancelled due to VDOT or VTC programs taking precedence over PMAP reservations. In those cases where a Blitz reservation is cancelled due to VDOT or VTC having priority access, we will offer alternative locations and/or alternative months for your Blitz.
No refunds are made on Blitz reservations if your display materials and resources are not available and set up for the confirmed location and month. You are responsible for the set-up/break down of displays. Your staff or representatives are encouraged to spend time at the Welcome Center while your Blitz is running.
HIM will confirm availability of the month and Welcome Center requested upon receipt of your reservation request. In cases when the requested Blitz month is not available, alternative month/location options can be discussed. Blitz reservation requests should be made 30 days prior to your Blitz.
Individual attractions/sites and/or organizations may request to host a Blitz together. Requests for cooperative Blitz sponsorship will be reviewed when received. Requests for three consecutive Blitzes at the same location will not be honored.
